Using monthly graphs you will be able to spot trends in your lifestyle: Are you exercising as much as you thought? Eating less and less fast food? Getting the fruits and vegetables you need? Actually cutting down on nightcaps? - or whatever is important to you. There are no restrictions on what Way of Life can monitor for you.
